This is how we create your unique rug Our production method
Xilento picks up on the latest interior design trends. We do this with exclusive rugs from across the globe, which we fully customise in our Genemuiden atelier to any desired design and finish. How does it work?
Step 1 Selecting unique carpets
India, Turkey, China, Egypt, and various countries in Europe; with our many years of experience, we travel the world to find unique, hand-made carpets that are tufted, knotted, woven or printed.
Step 2 Shipping to Genemuiden
Once we have found the ‘crème de la crème’ the carpeting world has to offer, we have the carpets shipped in large rolls to our atelier in Genemuiden. We keep these rolls in stock so we can quickly and efficiently meet customer demand.
Step 3 Full customisation to customer specifications
Have you made a selection from our carpet product range? Then, we will hand-cut the material into a made-to-measure rug of any desired size and shape, after which it will be hand-finished with your chosen edging technique. We offer edging services such as serging, binding, hand-rolled edging, blind-stitch binding as well as suede and leather binding. We can also add an anti-slip coating to the back of your rug
Step 4 Delivery at the desired location
Within a week, we deliver your exclusive rug to the location of your choice. We let you know beforehand on which day and at what time you can expect delivery. Do you have any specific delivery requirements? We will be happy to accommodate them.
